I don't remember what the warranty period is for these bikes but it isn't very long. If it's still within that time frame, and maybe even if it's not (if you have a good dealer), they should be able to do something for you. If it's broken because of a crash, I'm not sure what they can do for you. If it's poor workmanship, I would think that your shop would help you out. Give them a call and be honest about the situation and I'm sure you'll get results.
