I need help I have a 2002 crf 450 and this thing is kicking my butt.I have a problem with the ignition it does not have consistant spark meaning it does not have spark then if you hold down the kill switch and kick it it gets a great spark only once.Then if you let off the kill swich it will spark about 8 times then go away again.I have checked resitance through the stator it checks out good.I have also checked resistance through the pulse generator it was in spec as well. Unfortunetly I do not own a peak voltage adapter for my multimeter so I can only test those 2 components for resistance. I have tested the wireing harness for a short and all seems well.I have replaced the cdi and the ign coil.I am lost any help would be greatly appricated.
