Well? Did you all have fun? I have to say that steam cleaning the WHOLE house takes the cake over dirtbiking any day!! ;-)

Wish I could have gone! Can't wait until next weekend and even more excited about the Clear Creek New Year's Ride! I think Clear Creek got some rain recently!!! Oh, boy, haven't been there since the Piglet last year and have some trails to take on with my new Damper (Dampner?).

Take Care!

Karna, its too bad you and Justin couldn't make it, we had a great morning/early afternoon.  It was nice to just drive the 35 minutes to Carnegie without taking all the camping equipment, cookware and the big trip to the store for "meal planning"!  (Although, I really like meal planning!!) I was back home and unloaded by 2 pm.

I finally met Fremontguy and Rickyd! Funny how fremontguy has been at a few of the same enduro's I've been to this year and our paths never crossed!  Rick let me ride his KX250 - very torque-y!!  It was great to meet both of you guys!! Anyway, Buddy and Mini brought the kids and it was great to see them.  We did some hill training first then went on a Blue Trail ride, led by fremontguy.  Rickyd and I migrated over to the track for a while.  All in all I put in about 30 miles today - all fun!

I had a real hard time starting the kTm this morning.  Fremontguy moved the fuel screw a half turn and saved the day.  I had this same issue the morning of the Bearfoot, but Kevin got it started somehow after a while.  I also ripped the right shroud off the bike - I think I actually started this process last weekend when I racked the bike up in a tree.  Its still on the bike, but its going to need to be replaced, as I've broken the plastic at the one anchor very permanently.  Bummer.

Can't wait for next weekend at Forresthill!~!!

Can't beat that commute for trail and hill fun. Cool to meet some more Drn folks, a secret santa left raisin bran boxes in my pickup ;)  I think the Whitlocks need to watch the competition from Buddy and Mini at hillclimbing.
:worship: They made climbing the face of the water tower hill look easy.  I was happy with multiple rides up the left 2 lines.

Yes, that was the ideal way to spend a few hours in Carnegie!

fremontguy, thank you for showing me all the connecting trails. I have never done such a big loop there before, because I didn't know the trails are connected like that. It's always nice for me to have you as a trail boss!

rickyd, it was very nice meeting you. You and your bike looked so cool going up the training hill. Would you like to try a big hill next time?

Natalie, I'm so glad you could make the ride. You were riding so well on those intermediate trails! I'm disappointed that I missed seeing your ride in MX track and you missed seeing my big hill climb!!

Well, I hope we can do this again sometime when we all don't have much time to go to forest.

Mini ;)
