I know this question has been asked before - I searched before posting - but there were no replies! I am trying to find out how to go about deresticting a KDX 125... any help greatly appreciated :bang:
I didn't know such a creature existed. I don't think they were ever imported here to the states. Since it is a two stroke they need air in and air out just like the 200/220 or any engine. Start with the airbox if it has a snorkle and a lid these are major restrictions. I don't know what kind of aftermarket airfilters there are if any at all so you may have to do with the stock one. Now the air out. I dont think there are any aftermarked exhaust systems but something from a KX125 may bolt up again I have never seen a KDX 125 in real life. It maybe something that requires some fabrication. Any type of changes you do to the airbox and exhaust will probably require different carburetor jetting as well.
