I also checked the crank and it did snag a little but i thought it was from the stator. How would the bearing gut up on top of the pison and wreak this kind of havoc. The skirt directly opposite of the exhaust port of the piston was broken off to. I was wondering if it was a cheap piston. I did not hone the cylinder. Was this a possible culprit?
