DFW. 360 in Euless

I was driving South bound on 360 through Euless and inbetween the north bound and south bound roads looked to be a dirt track of some sort. There was a 4 wheeler playing around out there. Does anyone know if this track is any good or even legal to be on. If so where would you park and unload.

That does not sound like the same place. This is just a small little thing inbetween the two roads. From the road it only looks to be about 100 yards or so and only as wide as the ditch.
