Difference between kdx200 94 and 96?

Hi could you please tell me the difference between the 94 and 96kdx200s a father and son are selling both1200 for the 94 in excellent condition, and 2000 for the 96 in slightly worse nic the the 94!!
What is the difference in thease two bikes? Could they keep up with my friends kx125 in the trails and woods?

I'm not sure of the differences, although I know they are pretty different... the 94 will look quite a bit different from the 96.
As far as keeping up with a kx125... it all depends on the rider. The kdx's would be much easier to ride through the trails, that's for sure. And if I had to put money on it, I'd say that the same rider could go through trails faster on the kdx because of the different power delivery, which is designed for trails riding (vs the MX track, which is where the KX would dominate)

No problem at all keeping up in the woods with a kx125. The KDX rider will arrive more relaxed and not strung out. heheheheh. If you look at them closer you will see the frames are not the same.

Thanks all! Do you think that i would get that acceleration thrill on a kdx, similar to one that you would experience on a kx125? Also can you fit a kx shock(rear) on her for jumping?
