Difference in 2004 and 2005's MXCs

Are there big differences in the 2004 525 MXC and the 2005's?

I'm looking at a Left over 2005 and a 2004. The 2004 is about $900 less then the 2005. Plus the 05' is much less then an 06.

I figure I can add a lot of upgrades with the difference in price, considering the list on an 2006 525 MXC is around$7400 and the 04 MXC is $5199.
