Digital Video Editing

I was wondering if someone could help me with a small problem...

I have a little Sony still digital camera which can take video as well as photos. I made the stupid mistake of turning the camera on its side when taking some video of some people play riding. My question is does anyone know of a MPG editors that allow you to rotate the picture?? I have had a look around and can't seem to find anything that does this.

Any help is appreciated
