i stopped riding for a few months, due to the bike being broke and making poor choices with my money (beer) i got my bike fixed and ive been riding for 5 days straight, and my body is really sore, but who wants to stop riding... :( :ahhh:

The last time I got to ride for 5 days straight was .... DirtWeek 2004!!

Now I ride a couple time a year and pay for it for at least a week after each time.

i think its just cuz u havent ridin in a while so ur probably not used to the beating that riding can give you. like i ride just about everyday and im never really that sore except for those really tough rides, then im achin, but who isnt?

Kind of reminds you that it is physically demanding? A little more than sitting and turning the throttle? Perfect, it still works!

My last 5 day ride was 2003 dw I think. I don't know if I made 2004 or notafter my last ride I literally couldn't stand up straight come morning. It took 30 minutes of stretching and 1/2 hour in a hot shower to loosen up my lower back. Ain't getting older grand?

2 ways that I know to get rid of the ache. The 106 degree fahrenheit hot tub, or go riding some more. In another week you will be cooked or in good shape.
