Drag Racing in Maple Grove, PA - AWESOME!!!

Did anyone go to this? Records were being broken left and right! Angelle Savoie kicks major a** in the drag bike races. And how about the dragsters doin 329 MPH in a quarter mile in 4.55 seconds! It is awesome to watch in real life as opposed to TV. Ok I'll stop rambling now. :)

I haven't been to one of the big NHRA races in years but, it is an absolutely OBSCENE display of horsepower! Earth-shattering. I love it! It's a "must do at least once in your lifetime" thing for any motorhead! I saw Shirley Muldowney (God, I'm old) go 296MPH/4.96 sec. back in '89 or '90. That was way fast back then! And John Force is The Man! Mr. "NHRA Safety Safari Crash Test Dummy"!! And Angelle is a goddess!:p

The last time I saw John Force run something like 263MPH. This was a little track in Canada, Sparta to be exact. I swear to god when he took off from the line, my heart almost stopped. I couldn't believe how that car shook everything for atleast a 1/2 mile. 5000HP, nothing beats it....
