drz 400 suspension setting

hey there all,
got a drz 400 and got my first enduro coming up was wondering if anyone could help with some suspension setting's ie how many clicks out for front and rear shock/forks. my weight is 96kg (210pounds) any help would be greatly appreciated,

Get yourself some heavier fork springs, and possibly a heavier shock spring, a fork revalve would be well advised also.
The stock fork springs are way too soft and the damping harsh, I weigh in about the same as you and just changing te fork springs made the bike feel much more compliant as the heavier spring hold the bike up in the stroke more so you travel isn't half used up just holding up you and the bike
