Here's your solution, the carb has a problem. Now start by reading the Sticky at the top of this forum about cleaning a carb and then do it. From there inspect each piece with a careful eye, set the float height as specified in your service manual and then see if the problem is fixed. I bet it will be at least better depending on what new jets you installed. The other option is to buy a new carb which will have even newer jets in it as well as everything else :)
