We must have installed about 20 hot starts and never had any problems with them but this one got seized in the carb . When I called Dubachs noone was around and I left a message . Guess what the next day they called me about it and I was really suprised . I was expecting to buy a new cable and plunger , or actually thinking I would need a whole assy . Then guess what : DUBACHS offered to warranty the parts and even sent one out with a return verification number for the old parts . I was not really expecting such great customer service . I can tell you that they are a great company with well engineered and innovative products . DONT be afraid to choose them when you need 4 stroke stuff. DEAN
