ebay or cycletrader.com?

I am getting ready to sell a TM125 and thought I would ask those w/ experience.

It seems bikes just languish on cycletrader but ebay seems to get a lot of traffic.

Anyone have an oppinion?

I would try ebay, but set a reserve high up there with a price you want to get. If it doesn't sell in a 10 day auction, stick her on cycle trader.

make sure you know you can ship it,, some truck lines wont take a bike that's not in a crate.

I've sold 2 bikes(VOR&HUSKY) and 1 car in addition to many other things - it's great! Bottom Line - sell it in 7 days or 30 - which would you choose?

Start low with your bidding and set your reserve for the least amount you will sell it for.

My last two purchases have come from Cycletrader Online. I bought a WR250F in Ohio Friday, and I live in Alabama.

Cycletrader basic ads are free. The local Alabama/Georgia Trader charges $59 for a print ad with pic, and the ad runs until the bike sells. Your print ad purchase includes a deluxe online ad with pic as well.

I've never tried to sell or buy a TM, so your mileage may vary.

used to be free on cycletrader, now im pretty sure they charge $15 even for a basic ad. i did manage to get my CR on there for about a week before they changed it.
