You can do some things indoors that are minimal impact and don't require much equipment or space.
I have played basketball at college level and besides having a huge gym we did a lot of stationary/ warm up conditioning.
1 mountain climber: get into an almost push up position, but put an upward arch in your back, you want to alternate running with your hands on the ground , it is good for abs. [you knees will come in and up towards your chest.
2. jumping jacks
3. plyometrics... jumping up on to a box a stair etc.one leg , two legs alternate etc... it increases fast twitch muscle fibers but also increases heart rate.
4. running in place,
5. believe it or not, areobics on tv will help, there is very little rest , but most shows are 20 minutes to a half hou,r that is a straight workout no resting, how long is a moto????
instead of weights use your own body weight, push ups, sit ups, deep knee bends, get into a basketball defenseive stance and see how long you can stay there, now shuffle left a few steps touch ground shuffle right touch ground etc......
