I dont know why Im having such a hard time finding info on the changing displacement for AMA Superbikes
This is my guesses based upon what Ive read here + there

1976-1982 is 1025cc
1983-2002 is 750cc
2003-2011 is 1000cc 2cyl, 750cc 4cyl
2012 is 1200cc

I understand that my question is off topic for a dirtrider forum but i thought there was a chance someone here might know. . Im probably going to have to register on a road racing site and ask this

Its very puzzling how difficult it is to get information on engine size for AMA Superbikes. . All other types of racing I was looking for was very easy. . It took me about an hour to compile the following list. . You'll see that the AMA Superbike info is all screwed up

AMA Supercross
1974-1996 250cc
1997-present 250cc 2stroke, 450cc 4stroke

AMA Mx Nationals
1994-1996 250cc
1997-present 250cc 2stroke, 450cc 4stroke

FIM Mx1GP
2003-present 250cc 2stroke, 450cc 4stroke

FIM MotoGP
2002-2006 500cc 2stroke, 990cc 4stroke
2007-2011 800cc 4stroke
2012-present 1000cc 4stroke

FIM Superbike
1988-2002 750cc 4cyl, 1000cc 2cyl
2003-2007 1000cc
2008-present 1000cc 4cyl, 1200cc 2cyl

AMA Superbike
1976-1982 1025cc
1983-??? 750cc
???-??? 1000cc
1998?-2003? 750cc 4cyl, 1000cc 2cyl
2004?-2007 1000cc
2008-present 1000cc 4cyl, 1200cc 2cyl
