Eric? on nozzles affect on jetting

Hey Eric- Got my bike back together and I'm working on the jetting and I have talked to Pete Payne and he told me to try a different nozzle in my 02 CR250 Eric Gorr ported powerhouse :cool: . My question is what part of throttle openings does the nozzle affect? I have a hard time making changes that I don't understand :confused: Your help is much appreciated!

The nozzle covers the same basic range as the needle 1/3-full throttle. Some of the nozzles that companies like TMR and PC suggest are from Yamahas and those nozzles have different arrangements of air-bleed holes which help atomization. The air bleed holes are located along the length of the stack that is exposed to the air circuit.
