I saw the pictures of your flywheel weight and it looks like the mass is fairly evenly distributed so I don't think it should cause any real problems. Nice job by the way. ;)

Thanks! The woble is only a couple hundredths at the outer edge. I'm in the process of making a spacer right now.

Was the runout there before you bolted on your FWW?

Yes, On the center of the stock flywheel it was only a couple of thousands, at the edge of the fww it is a couple hundredths. My design differs from the weights I have seen as it slips over the threaded rod that the flywheel is pushed onto, and bolts on with the stock nut. I'm pretty sure that most fww that you can buy, thread into the flywheel itself. However I belive I would be having the exact same problem as a flaw in the stock flywheel in either application should cause the problem I am having now. I talked to a guy from steathly about this and he said that the runout on the flywheel is normal. What I don't know is if there design compensates for this.
