Fill fork oil?

I have a 2002 Yz125 that has beeb leaking oil from one of the forks. Now I'm pretty sure there is no oil left in the fork. The fork doesnt rebound anymore. So my question is: Is there a way to refill the fork oil or do I have to take the whole fork apart? Can I just take the bleeder screw off and fill it from there? I'm lost....

(BTW, I'm pretty new to this scene. :) )

You have to dissasemble the fork and change seals.
