My first race will be here shortly. This Friday I'm not going to take my bike I am just going to watch and kind of get the layout. But the race after that the 80's comin' out of the garage and out to the starting line. It's still weeks away but I'm already getting butterflys in my stomach. Does anybody have any advice on bike tips, the mental aspect of it, or just any input at all would be greatly appreciated.

First races are always the best. Don't worry about the butterflies. I get butterflies everytime most the times its so bad that I can't even eat. So if you get like that don't worry its normal. Just make sure that your bike is in tip top shape and ready to go. Watch the A riders ride and look at there style. Practice, practice, and practice. Practice starts, corners, jumps, everything. Get to know the track. And most of all just have fun.
