My boyfriend just picked up a new E Line lighting coil for his 02 YZ 250 that was for an 01. He knows that the flywheel was changed on the 02, weight was added to it. What he needs to know is if the flywheel from an 01 will fit the 02.
you might want to see if the crank was changed. maybe check the part# at yamahaoftroy.com? for what its worth, the wiseco cranks are the same for 01-02 (but different for 99-00)
