on a 1995 cr 125 with kyb forks how do you know if the bushings are worn. they r a little rough on the edges, just the coating.
also where can i buy both the inner and outer bushings for a descent price.
also where do you put the oil back in.
Both situations suggest replacing, the rough edges are from improper disassembly. The top of the lower tub should have been heated with a propane torch prior to "popping" them apart. Most suspension shops have those in stock,Mx-Tech.com,etc,etc. The oil goes in where the fork cap would be, say about 100mm from the top (fork collapsed and bled). Do yourself a favor and change the seals while you at it.
i always buy them from race tech.one pair is $19.98 and the other is 27.98 + shipping. just put the oil in,it will circulate once you properly bleed them.
