Fork oil question

I have an 05 yz 250 that had a fork seal go out. I found that the stock level of fork oil is 340ml for my bike. I ride trails and weigh 195 with full gear and my suspension is bone stock. What weight and how much oil do you guys recommend me to put in? Thanks.
