I went riding my yzf450 today and noticed the my right fork was leaking fluid. Is it an easy job to replace the seal? I never really messed with my front suspension. After seeing the leak, a friend said that I should bleed the air out from time to time. I have had the bike for two years and never done it. Could this cause an oil leak?

More likely that there is dirt in the seal..

Replacing the seals is really easy... Get a service manual.. It details all the steps for that and many other jobs.
