I nicked a seal installing my gold valves and had to pop a new seal into my forks on my 2001 KDX 200. Aftrer wandering @ the shop O slit a 1 1/2 white PVC pipe and with a screw drive to widen the gap slid it over the inner fork tube. I took a haet gun ,(for stripping paint) and heated the PVC pipe to "form it" @ the inner tube.
Assembled the fork, used the PVC pipe to tap the bushing into place.
It worked great, covered the top of the fork with a sandwich baggy to keep the seal from cutting, greased the seal good and 20 minutes later I was shredding.
Just thought I pass that tip along.
