What kind of forks are you working on? I just replaced the seals on my 97 KX with 46mm Kayaba forks. It was my first time inside of a KYB. I made a driver out of some ABS pipe i found in the junk pile. I used a bandsaw to cut it into two halves. What i would do is measure the outside diameter of the forks and go to the hardware store and start looking for the closest thing you can find.

Your seal driver will work even better i you only cut one side instead of two. Instead of having two halves you have what looks like a "C" if you look at it from the side. Cut the opening so that the outside circumference of your seal driver match the outer circumference of the oil seal. You only have to use some force to push the driver around the tube. Use a black ABS tube and cut it about 6 inches tall so you have a good grip.
