Fork Swap

I have a 1997 DR 350 with conventional forks i was wondering if there was any way i could swap those for a pair of inverted forks. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes. The easiest way is to swap the complete front from a bike with the USD forks. You might need to get a bushing made to fit the stem to the triple clamps but other than that it's bolt on. Just be sure where the stops are compatible and there is no clearance issues in the area of the head on the frame.
