I was looking for a fix to my problem and I may have found it here.
I have a 97 CR 250. The forks knock when ever the front end leaves the ground. I just had them rebuilt yesterday, it never did this before. Some one mentioned ( to another with this problem ) that the top out may have been disabled. Could some give me more info on this.

Thanks
Dave

These are Showa Twin Chamber forks and therefore the inner cartridge chamber needs to be bled correctly before they are installed into fork. Do you know if they were? Also I have seen some cartridges come apart form not being put together right. I would definatly have them looked at again.

Hello

Thanks for the info.
I'm not sure what he did or didn't do. But I am going to take it back on Monday. I will let you know what I find out.
