Dear Eric,
I Was Working On My Forks (94 Cr 500) And Fund That The Valve Was Not Showa Its Kayaba.ans Its Too Stiff To.
I Find On The Net The Std Shim Stack But I Think Its Too Soft So Im Planning To Revalve I Have A Suggested Shim Stack ,what Can You Tell Me About It.

I dont know about that fork but IMO 0.3mm and even 0.2mm shims dont belong in a fork compression stack.

Have you tried the using the comp adjuster and oil heights as a first way to set them up?

I agree with Marcus. .2 and .3 shims hardly flex, and hence your stack will hardly move. Use more .1 shims.

CAN YOU HELP ME WITH MY FORKS. I AM USING 105mm OF OIL (SHOWA SS-7) THE COMP FULL SOFT (1) ,STILL STIFF.
CAN YOU GIVE ME A SUGESSTED STACK FOR MY FORKS

Add a few 21.1s to the std stack is my advice, im not going to give out stacks for a few reasons, one is i have never done that type of fork before,

www.shimprogram.com has a forum that shares shim stacks and tuning info.
