front suspension problem!

ok today i was riding my ttr125L and i was doin some jumping and all but i just happen to hit my front brake hard when i was goin in second gear and i heard and felt a knock knock nosie and vibration coming from either my forks, handle bars or just some place on the front end. what can that be? what do i need to tighten or loosen up? Now everytime i hit the front brakes hard, its makin that knock knock nosie and vibrate. please help me!
