front wheel bearings cr250

i have read the various threads on front wheel bearing removal but do not seem to be able to apply them to my cr250
in the manual it mentions a specific tool to do the job. dont have one but other posters have mentioned using a hammer and punch. tried this too...
Does anyone have any thoughts or advice on this?

This should be very easy. Have you heated the hub first? If not, warm the hub for a few minutes with a rag soaked in boiling water.
