Ordered $470.00 worth of stuff with Arsenal MX. Have waited since 2/7 for my order. They shipped me a mixed bag of plastic from UFO and Polisport, and I paid for Acerbis. Told me they would send the correct Acerbis plastic kit on 2/28, but no plastic kit, and no replies to phone or e-mail messages. Also said they would ship the correct frame guards, and still nothing. I just want to ge tmy bike done with the new graphics and seat cover on it, but can't do anything since I don't have the right plastic. This is ridiculous. Has anyone had problems with this company?

I've never ordered from Arsenal MX. If you paid with a credit card, it sounds like its time to dispute the charges if Arsenal MX has not made good on the rest of your order.

Good luck.

There is a time limit on when you can dispute those charges. If you don't meet the deadline, the credit card company doesn't care. Make sure you don't wait too long if you even think you might take that route.

Unfortunately, they don't take Discover, so I had to use my Visa that accesses my checking account. Called my bank yesterday, and they said the only way they could dispute the charge was if was unauthorized.
I really don't see how a company can send you a bunch of product you didn't order, and get away with it.

could you not call it an unauthorized charge if you got charged for product you did not order?

I spent 1035.00 on a new wheel set and before I ordered them, i asked if they were in stock and they said yes so i ordered. a month later i get my wheels because they had to be made. I bought a tee shirt and got it 3 months later. I think some of the lesser known mail order places dont stock anything. they order it when you do, that way there is no overhead.

you can dispute the charges with your bank. just tell them you didn't authorize the purchase. if they sent you the wrong stuff, technically you never ordered that and certainly never authorized them to take the money for it. you only authorized them for something else which they didnt send, so disputing the charge with your bank should be fine.
