gearbox jumping problem

Hi guys i have a 04 rm 125
bike was jumping out of second gear under load
changed selector shaft (chipped) and worn selector fork
ok for a couple of seconds then had problems again
after another look selectoe pawls 1 and 2 had bad wear so replaced them too
now when changing from 1st to 2nd even when clean changed its like a neutral and then after a delay it jumps into gear.
everything else looks good so any advice please.

Could it be the spring which makes the shifter come back in middle position? Anyway check all springs and their positions.

I had a quite similar problem not long ago. It turned out to be a missing washer near the camshifter. Did you check the camshifter pins?
