I had been loosing weight pretty good until the last couple of weeks. I started out at 222 and am now stuck at 204 +/- 1lbs. It's hard to keep motivated when I keep going up and down a pound or two. I've been doing the treadmill for 2-2.5 miles every other evening. I stay at 3.5 mph with the incline set at 10 degrees for 3/4 of the time. It's a pretty good work out and I build up a good sweat. I want to work up to 3-4 miles but I don't want to over do it. My knees won't take it. I'm back up to 3 glycosimine (sp?) a day again to ward off the pain. In the morning's of the treadmill I do 30 push ups and 30 sit ups. I increase the number by 5 per week. Plus I use my old bull worker for some isometric resistance training. My diet has been the same, low fat, smaller portions but more frequently. Lot's of water, no snacks at night unless it's an orange or some kind of fruit. I'll sneak a cookie every once in a while but hey, They're soooo good! I'm hoping that I'm in a place where I'm building muscle mass and it's offseting my fat loss. I want to be under 200 by the end of March. Wish me luck!!
