gold valves 94 honda cr250 shims stacks

I have gold valves in forks and shock on a 94 honda cr 250 [showa], I need to know the proper shim stacks for the forks and shock to trail ride south eastern[ rocks and roots] , I have no paper work on these brought bike with them install, I have them apart to replace seals as they were leaking Thank you e-mail motogrizz @msn.com

we need to know your weight, and riding level before we can advise. the best thing to do is to contact racetech (who makes the gold valves). give them your info and they can advise you on what stack to use.
