Gorman (So. Cal.): Is it open

I want to take my kid riding at Gorman tomorrow. A couple of days ago there was a fire around there (not too big by Colorado standards). Is the fire out? Is Gorman open for riding?

The MX track at Hungry Valley was open yesterday (Thursday) for practice and is scheduled to be opened this weekend, so perhaps a quick call to the Ranger to see exactly what is open and what is closed is required. Hopefully the riding area wasn't damaged too much :|

I called the Hungry Valley ranger station yesterday and they told me that Gorman is open and likely to remain open. However, they were not sure if the forest trails into Los Padres are still open. Their phone number is 661.248.7007

I also called about Drinkwater Flat and Rowher Flat. Rowher is open for riding, but Drinkwater is "unofficially" closed because of the fires.
