Hard starting kx

I recently put a 144 kit in my kx. The thing runs great but lately it is very hard starting. I often have to bump start it. Once I get it going everything is great. It has a new plug and I tried playing with the air screw, What next?

Im thinking bikes that are hard to start when cold need a bigger pilot jet.
