You would have to be a trials rider to load the darn thing.:scream:
Holeshot. I have a riding buddy that comes out in an old import hatchback. He has taken the back seat out and puts his Yamaha straight in with the rear wheel hanging out about 8" above the street. Gets him where he wants to go.;)
Back in the day, (early 70's) I had a Kawisaki 250 enduro that I had stripped for MX.. Not having a truck or trailer I made a bumper mount out of allthread and a piece of conduit, and bolted it to the back bumper of my Datsun.. Then I mounted the front fork of the Kaw to it, after removing the wheel, The Kaw's at that time had a split piece on the bottom of the fork that you could unbolt and remove the wheel without removing the axle.. Worked great for a while, buit then I got a real dirtbike (72CZ400) and had to buy a truck..
I hauled a Kawasaki 400 triple from Birmingham to Atlanta in the trunk of a Pinto. I took the front wheel off and stuck the forks in the trunk. Then I took a couple of straps and strapped the bars down to the inside of the trunk. It was a kind of fifth-wheel arrangement. I did a lot of things when I was younger that make me shake my head now. I should have died a hundred deaths.
LOL
Dont believe anything you hear, and only half of what you see...
Those are great pics
Didnt some one here have a pic of a ktm dismantled and cramed into a car at dirtweek?
I used a 76 KZ900 to pull my single rail trailer with a 77? yz250 on it. I wish I had pics of it now.
