i have been building some wooden ramps to practice on and as i get more used to jumping i keep building them up higher and higher, but for some reason no matter how fast i hit the jump or how hard i pull up on the handlebars, 7 out of 10 times i will land nose first and it really gets annoying. any info on how to quit doing nose dives. i havn't fallen or gotten hurt yet but it's only a matter of time until i get bucked off.

Pulling up on the bars alone isn't going to do that much for ya in most situations because you're already off the ground. Try giving it some gas and get the back wheel spinning a little faster in the air, the centrifugal force of the back wheel spinning will be your best bet. I personally prefer landing front wheel 1st just a little bit but I take it you are really nose diving it.
