newbie to 4 strokes , but not to mx, i just picked up an 01 yz250f, it's all stock on the out side , still has decompression lever, i know I NEED THE CAM , but anyways ,i have only ridden it around the block a couple times i need some parts befor i hit the track and when i ride it seems to get SUPER HOT off of the header , and when not in direct sunlight it is freaking GLOWING RED , i lean seized my 125 the same senerio, so is this normal or am i running way too lean it is also hard to start it takes like 4 or 5 times getting it to tdc and kicking so like 2 kicks the last 2 kicks it almost starts the the last one i finally barely not very strong starts, no choke either, hot starts exactly the same way , any help would be nice , GEEZ 2 stroke are way easier so far

That red hot head pipe is a good way to light your cigarettes at the end of a ride:)

When my addicted riding buddy did this, I almost died laughing! Smokers have creative ways of lighting up!
