from m.a. last year i asked for advise picking a first bike for my son he was 10, well he saved and found a 1990 xr80r he loves this bike. Hes been waiting for me (mom) to get a bike so i can take him to the trails for more fun than second gear. finally i picked up a bike cheap :rotfl: i feel in love with a 1987 kdx 200 ,Ive rode before been never had the responsibility of ownership :bang: well i did not know the difference between a 2 stroke or a 4 stroke other than one ya had to mix oil in the gas. that's not all i discovered the crankcase gasket has a leak :uh: i see what trail I'm riding well i still am hopeful that i didn't get totally burned and i can be told that the bike is not a pig :yikes: anyway looking forward to riding this season justathink
