Help Fast!

I have an oppourtunity to buy an 07 suzuki rm 125 it recently had a top end rebuild my main concern is when i drove steady it was choppy should i worry he claimed it needed to be warmed up. also it died when it was in idle it died he said the clutch is adjusted to his liking. Is all this okay?? I dont know much about dirt bikes.

Most two stroke race bikes are set so they don't idle, much more than 5 seconds without a blip of the throttle and they will die. As fas as the choppy, the bike would need to be warm and cleared out if it's been running long enough to load up the plug. Sounds to me more like the plug was loading up because the bike wasn't being ridden hard enough for the jetting.
