I just picked up a '92 Rm 250. The thing runs very well. The only problem with it is that I need a new tank, seat and plastic. I was wondering if anybody knows if I could fit a combo from a '96-2000 on my bike or should I just stick with the '92 setup. I have heard of people updating their bikes but not sure if it will work for me. Thanks.

not sure about your question, but search "RM 250" on eBay. There are a lot of unused products for 92 RMs out there for real cheap.

No they won't fit, I had the same bike and had to stick with that year products. I fixed that by buying a new one!:)

There is a guy selling a tank/shrouds on Ebay from a 93 RM250. But if you look at the pics, you realize they are actually from a 89-92 RM. So those would fit your bike perfectly....
