Hey, I am Irish and I ride a 00' Kdx200. My ancestors are from Ireland and Scotland. My father's mother was from Armaugh (sp?) Anyway, I hope to make it over there some day, I hear it is very beautiful.
KDX's in England go for 1000-1350 for E models and H models go for 1600-2400 English pounds. They are very good as long as you look at what you are about to buy. Some English folk never maintain their bikes and are therefore junk. Trail Bike Magazine (TBM) and Trials and Motocross newspaper are where most people advertise to sell their enduro machine. I don't see very many Irish sales in there, so maybe some other publication is handling Ireland. You will probably want to buy a KDX that is street legal(USA) or registered(UK). Look for green laneing groups. They don't have to sneak around the country side and it allows you more possibilities than trailering your bike to a riding area.
