Hi from Australia everyone, I must admit I've only just discovered your forum but it sounds pretty good and very informative.
I'm 28 years old and currently live in Cairns, Queensland in Australia having recently moved from the other side of the country for my work.
I have a 98' XR600 which I've owned for only about a year but this is my 7th bike having previously owned other dirt squirters and road bikes.
There is some fantastic off roading to be had in my town that I am itching to get into but I've decided to give the ol 600 a bit of tlc and some minor improvements. The bike at present is all stock and runs very well overall, apart from being typically difficult to start when cold as is common for the xr.
