High Idle Problem

On my son's KX 100, I can rev the engine and the close the throttle. However, the bike will come down to a very high idle for about 10 seconds and then fall off to a normal idle. How do I fix this??

lean pilot jet. turn the air screw in to see if it helps it.

I tried and that didn't do it. The pilot jet is the stock one, so I thought it should be a bit rich. Any other suggestions?

Try dropping the clip one position. My Exc 300 was doing the same thing on a cool day. It was running lean. Dropping the clip one position made everything better. Now I just have to remember to raise the clip come summer.
