The MT250 was a street legal two stroke. Originally, it had lights and oil injection. The street stuff often gets taken off to lighten the bike up.
It shares the 'Elsinore' name of the CR motocross racers and MR enduro bikes, but its not going to run like the CR.
Its suspension and brakes are primitive, so if you want to take it in the dirt, slow cruising would be OK, but it will not perform like a modern bike.
I don't think they sold very well, but if it is in good shape it might appeal to guys that collect old bikes. It is not going to be well suited for vintage racing without some motor and suspension mods.
