How does this work?

I was one the internet looking at some aftermarket parts for a CRF150 wile I came apon a Thrust nozzil. It says that you get more power by putting it on, and i have no idea how that works. it changes the pulse of the exhaust so it pulls exhaust gasses right as the exhaust valves open. Increases power just like a after market pipe would...I saw dyno specs on these a long while back and they were very close to the big dollar pipes. more bang for you buck...but they don't look as cool.
