How loose can a floating rotor be?

I have a 2006 Husky TE 450. It has a floating rotor on the rear which you can jiggle quite a bit. It rattles fairly loud at idle, i.e. you can hear it audibly over the valves.

So, the question of the day:

How loose can a floating rotor be?
